So one of Trudeau’s minion MP’s, Maryam Monsef, a Muslim herself and here in Canada illegally under at best questionable pretenses; “Oh, I forgot what country I was born in/raised in…”) decided, although I suspect at urging from Justin, to author and table a Member’s bill to make it illegal to be “islamophobic”. (My spell checker just told me that this word does not even exist.) Bill M-103 for those who may remember.
In a nutshell, a phobia is an irrational fear of something. Ergo islamophobia is the irrational fear of Islam. Thus it is illegal to be afraid or have a fear of Islam. How can you make being afraid a legal contravention, an offense punishable by fines or jail time? Irrational fears can in part be defined as a psychosis or to take it a step further, mental disorders. Back in the day you would have been institutionalized for being this way. In recent years there has been talk of once again removing people so inflicted from society to institutions. You can see that there is a door to a very dark place being open here… Break an irrational (pun intended) law and be labeled psychotic and lose your freedom. Oh wait! Islamohopbia was never even officially defined. A word which does not even exist or have a definition becoming the core of a law. Only liberals could come up with this one.
As with most “laws” which come into being in Canada, the motion was passed in Parliament with yays from not only the Liberals, but the Conservatives as well. And that folks is another blog topic for most of the Conservative politicians are in fact Red Tories, Liberals in disguise, also known as “neoconservatives”. There were no actual definitions outlined in the bill at the time it was passed. Terms and definitions are always decided after a broad brush law is brought into being allowing for the government in power to twist and convolute that law at their discretion with the most nefarious aspect being to give them the ability to interpret and reinterpret the law to whichever perspective favours them to be able to create criminals out of law abiding citizens. Anyone who thinks we live in a democracy is in fact lost in a dream world.
So now with M-103 we can be fined or jailed for being in irrational fear of something. Hmmm.
So back to free speech or freedom of expression. M-103 was originally drafted with the intent of making it a crime to question the Liberal government’s policies and actions with respect to the mass immigration of Syrian refugees as the entire process is so wrought with lack of security that many refugees fleeing here are Islamic extremists and terrorists. Trudeau’s own people recently and finally stated that they know of several active terror cells organizing and plotting within Canada. This is old news to those of us who can clearly read between the lines. We all know how well open borders policies for refugees worked for Germany and France. But Trudeau has gone one step further in clearly declaring that known and convicted terrorists will be allowed to keep their Canadian Citizenship if they have it and passports at the very least. He has stated that Canada has no core identity and will be the first post national nation on the planet. I’m not sure what’s in the Cool Aid he’s drinking but to my way of thinking his goal is to turn Canada into an Islamic State. At the same time by allowing Mexicans to flood into Canada to live and work without visas will serve to put Mexican’s, Muslims and Canadians at each other’s throats creating instability allowing the government to do whatever it wants while our attention is diverted to “other things”. Obama did this exact same thing when he allowed the mass influx of illegal aliens from the south into the United States knowing that it would create a pressure pot effect between the already red-lining Black, Hispanic and White conflict.
Canada has always had laws against hate speech. So why do we now suddenly need one that is Islam specific? We already know that Justin converted to Islam. His government is freely handing out money to build mosques in Canada. No other religion in Canada has ever been given taxpayer funds to build churches. The Liberals just recently changed the Citizenship Act taking out the part that requires new citizens to work and support themselves meaning that the refugees will continue to be an increasing burden on the taxpayers. In parts of Canada the public school systems which a long time ago made themselves religion neutral have begun to allow special Muslim prayer rooms to be set aside for the exclusive use of Muslims. I say exclusive because it is still against the law in these public schools to take time out to pray or have a private place to pray if one is not Muslim. Do your kids like to buy pork in the school cafeteria? The Muslim parents have taken this away too. Their kids can’t just make other choices. We now have to abide by their demands.
In the last year, an English family that settled in Alberta to ranch and invested every cent they had were deported. They contributed. They were not Muslim. In Manitoba an American family that relocated to buy and invest every penny they had to create a successful business were deported because their daughter became ill and was “too expensive” for our medical system to deal with. They also contributed. They were not Muslim. As a matter of fact, many Canadian families whose kids become seriously ill are denied Canadian health care for those kids. To help them would be too expensive. Canadian kids!! They are basically told that they will have to die so as not to be a burden on the Canadian health system. They are not Muslim. If you are Muslim, you are given thousands of dollars worth of health and dental treatment, food and shelter and told that you never have to work to support yourself. Meanwhile Canadians are being thrown to the curb to die. For the simple fact that they will not vote Liberal in upcoming elections.
So to finally answer the question as to why we need an Islam specific hate speech law, it is so that we will be “discouraged” from criticizing Trudeau’s policies with respect to refugees in general and Muslims in particular. I for one will not be so inclined. A while back I penned and sent a letter to Trudeau to express my concerns, which I have re-iterated verbatim below:
“Bill M-103 clearly threatens to curtail the right to free speech in Canada. As this right is imbedded in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, no after-the-fact law can usurp our right to free speech. As a Canadian, I have the inalienable right to voice my objections and concerns over your government’s policies and how they affect Canadians, specifically your immigration policies and over any bills or laws created therein. I have the inalienable right to voice my objections and concerns against anyone or any group allowed into Canada whom I may perceive as a threat to my safety, rights, freedoms or way of life. And I have the inalienable right to publicly voice these concerns and objections regardless of whom they may inadvertently offend. Respectfully, as such, my opinions therefore do not constitute hate speech and I cannot and will not be silenced in voicing them.
The possible implementation of M-103 into law would attempt to discourage me from voicing my opinions through re-defining them as hate speech whilst due simply to omission, encourage open and unfettered hate speech from others towards myself and all Canadians. Canadians will not tolerate a biased motion such as this one. M-103 is redundant as we already have laws banning hate speech in Canada.
Please make note of the fact that I clearly discern between Canadians and the current influx of refugee immigrants. I am not against immigration into Canada by those who would willingly assimilate and contribute to our society, welcoming us as we would welcome them, becoming Canadians. That is the very basis of what Canada was built on. I am a second generation Canadian and my grandparents were immigrants who worked hard to help build this country. I am, however, in complete opposition to bringing in tens of thousands of so-called refugees, many of whom have no intention of assimilating while threatening our way of life, uttering hate speech against us behind the protective doors of their holy places while successfully forcing our governments to accept and implement their societal needs and laws into our lives while unconstitutionally negating ours, along with our rights, both religious and legal. I have no tolerance for bringing in improperly vetted immigrants who could clearly pose a terror threat to Canada and its citizens. Inclusion and tolerance must be a two-way street, and so far all I am seeing is an attempt to muzzle those of us who would voice our concerns while they are welcomed to dictate their wants by a government that refuses to recognize Canada and its core identity.”
